The Parker County Chamber of Commerce offers over 70 programs every year for our members! That means there are plenty of opportunities to network, experience dynamic speakers, attend educational workshops, and most importantly, promote and grow your business.
As a member, you will have exclusive access to all of these programs, and will provide you with up-to-the-minute information and valuable business insight.
Whether you have been a Chamber member for one month or just needing to get reacquainted and updated on your member benefits, the Chamber’s Member Orientation is the place to be. Learn how to set up your membership account and begin to utilize all the resources available to you in your membership portal as well as find the many ways to get connected through programs and events that will help you grow your business!
Member Orientation is held on the first Wednesday of each month from 3:30PM-5:00PM at the Chamber office. Although the orientation is free to attend, reservations are required. To register, contact the Chamber at 817-441-7844, or visit the Chamber Calendar.
Every month, Chamber members gather for the general membership luncheon. The luncheons feature speakers presenting topics on important issues regarding the current business climate and trends in our community. Luncheons average over 150 members in attendance which makes this a great networking opportunity. Membership lunches are held quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
There are several opportunities to market your business at our Membership Lunches:

The Business to Business leads group (B2B) is a group of professional men and women who meet over lunch in a friendly environment to build business success through personal referrals. This group meets two times a month to exchange qualified leads, build solid business relationships, develop presentation skills and become proficient networkers.
B2B meets at RailHead Smokehouse Barbeque at 120 South Ranch House Road in Willow Park on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:30AM – 1:00PM. To join the group, you must be a member of the East Parker County Chamber. No reservations are required to attend.
The Chamber’s Business Showcase is a great way to market your business! This community event showcases over 60 of our local businesses and organizations and will provide attendees the opportunity to experience the very best Parker County has to offer. Vendors will be represented from some of the following industries: healthcare, financial planning, education, home improvement, real estate, retail, non-profit and so much more. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop local and will experience product demonstrations, plenty of promotional giveaways, on the spot shopping, and amazing door prizes.
Over 400 individuals from the community attend this yearly event. The Business Showcase is held in the month of October and space for vendors fill up quickly. If your business is interested in participating in the next Business Showcase, contact the Chamber at 817-441-7844.
The East Parker County Chamber's award-winning Relocation and Business Guide is a yearly publication seen by over 15,000 individuals. Distributed throughout Parker County to tourists, real estate offices, area businesses and potential residents/businesses, this 100+ page magazine will highlight the Chamber and its members, area schools and city offices, economic development, as well as editorials on the East Parker County area.
The guide is available in print and electronic formats. The Chamber encourages every business to take full advantage of advertising opportunities. What a dynamic way for you to promote your business!

From weekly ribbon cuttings, trips to the state capitol for legislative reviews, to yearly events that provide fun, networking and sponsorship opportunities for you and your business, the East Parker County Chamber of Commerce is constantly working on ways to enhance your membership and business relationships.

Your ribbon cutting can be simple or extravagant depending on what you want for your event. Food and beverages are often served, but this is entirely up to you. So, bring your friends and family, customers, prospects, or others who have helped you achieve your success, and the East Parker County Chamber will provide the rest!

Ribbon Cuttings are a benefit of being a member of the East Parker County Chamber, so there is no charge for your event. Most ribbon cutting last no more than half an hour and it is encouraged to schedule your ribbon cutting on Tuesday or Thursday at 11AM.

The East Parker County Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee hosts East Parker County Day at the Texas State Capitol during legislative years. A delegation of Chamber members engage in an open dialogue with legislators to discuss issues affecting our local businesses and community. Attendees will hear updates on state and federal policy and learn about topics that impact our community such as education, healthcare and transportation.

The Annual Awards Banquet is the Chamber’s opportunity to recognize individuals and leaders in our community who are making a difference in Parker County! All award nominees are selected by East Parker County Chamber members and must be a member of the Chamber for at least one year. Winners are selected by Chamber committees outside of Parker County.
The Chamber recognizes the following awards: Businessperson of the Year, Pappy Thompson Community Service Award, Small Business of the Year (1-99 employees), Large Business of the Year (100+ employees), Entrepreneur of the Year, Athena International Award, Nonprofit of the Year, and Ambassador of the Year.
Have your business takes a step outside for our Annual Golf Tournament where we will host more than 200 business and community leaders for a fun day of golfing and fellowship! To make the most of your time at the tournament, businesses can become a sponsor, volunteer, or donate prizes.
The Battle of the Businesses Bowling Tournament is a fun, laid-back activity that encourages interaction among employees and promotes friendly competition among participating businesses. Managers, who are looking to provide team building or reward opportunities for their employees, may find the Battle of the Businesses Bowling Tournament right up their alley!
